# Yield Farming

Yield Farming is the practice of staking or lending Destruction tokens in order to generate high returns or rewards in the form of additional Despair tokens.

Farmers will be able to earn high yields from :

* Use $DESTRUCTION in Yield Farms (LP's) ;
* Stake $DESTRUCTION to get more $DESTRUCTION
